Sahyadri polytechnic campus covers 5 acres of hilly land is situated on the Sagar-Thirthahalli road, a hilly area with lots of greenery.. Over the years, the entire place has been transformed into a green campus, which is testimony of the dedication and commitment of the management and staff towards a green campus. This transformation was made possible by adopting various innovative and scientific methods in the areas of building construction, solid waste management, rainwater harvesting, energy conservation to name a few.
Since inception, our institution has always viewed community and social development as its primary mission. There has always been a well-defined focus on enhancing the quality of life in and around campus.
Our institution is proud of its ‘No Smoking Campus’. Rain water harvesting, energy saving devices and use of solar energy wherever possible are a few innovative methods which have made the atmosphere in campus very eco-friendly.
